Abstract:Background: Pineapple peel is a waste component of pineapple with valuable source of metabolites as改善代谢相关疾病的植物活性化合物。这项研究研究了动脉保护和神经保护EFfects of peel extract offruit (PEAC) in normal diet (ND) and high-fat diet (HFD) fed rats.
