Abstract:In order to estimate the prevalence of celiac disease in persons with Down syndrome, 105 patients with this chromosomal disorder residing on the East Coast of the United States of America were enrolled in this study.使用荧光免疫酶测定测定IgA和IgG抗二二二二抗体（AGA），并在猴子食道上用免疫荧光测量抗友善抗体（AEA）。 105 patieNTS为AEA为阳性，IgG AGA为阳性为4，而IgG AGA和AEA为阳性为阳性。在五名AEA高滴度的患者中，有四名同意进行空肠活检，这显示出明显的绒毛萎缩。因此，这105个唐氏综合症患者的队列中有4例（可能为5名）患者患有腹腔疾病。
