摘要：
方法： 准备的甲醇提取物。提取物对WAS评估的抗菌作用使用琼脂扩散技术。使用微稀释方法和细胞毒性使用细胞系MDCK确定最小抑制浓度（MIC）。
结果： 在第一个和48小时内，具有最大的抗抗抗素提取分别为35.5±1.05和44.83±0.98。两种提取物的MIC均为75 g/ml。提取的杀菌作用以25 g/ml的浓度和75 g/ml的提取。
均未表现出针对细胞系的毒性。
