RESULTS: The results of the antibacterial test indicate that the methanol extract of H. sabdariffa calyces contained effective antibacterial agent(s), revealed a considerable zone of inhibition against all tested革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌，它是庆大霉素的竞争对手，比青霉素高得多，表现出弱或无效。
