Abstract:Rhodatin (1), a meroterpenoid featuring a unique pentacyclic scaffold with both spiro and spiroketal centers, and five unusual acorane-type sesquiterpenoids, named rhodocoranes A-E (2-6,分别是从帕尔us植物的基体切氏菌分离出的第一个天然产物。通过二维NMR实验和HResims阐明了它们的结构，而物质家族的绝对构型是通过使用Moshers方法确定的2。Rhodatin强烈i肝炎病毒，而4个显示细胞毒性和选择性抗真菌活性。
