Abstract:BACKGROUND: The aim of the present study is to evaluate the possible mechanism of the vasorelaxant effect of the Andrographis paniculata chloroform extract (APCE) and双萜类化合物，例如，14-脱氧和核苷（DA）和14-脱氧11、12-二羟基甲摩甲醇（DDA），在大鼠主动脉环上。
