Abstract:A series of phenylethyl cinnamides, which included new compounds named anhydromarmeline, aegelinosides A and B, were isolated from Aegle marmelos leaves as alpha-glucosidase抑制剂。新化合物的结构以光谱数据和化学降解为特征。在分离的化合物中，藻凝线揭示了对α-葡萄糖苷酶的最有效抑制作用，IC（50）值为35.8 microm。目前的结果还支持A。Marmelos作为糖尿病的疗法。
