摘要：
方法： 在此双叶子随机对立的TRIAL，两组72例自身免疫性甲状腺功能减退患者被随机分配；一组接受左甲状腺素（LT4）和口服硒，另一组用LT4给予安慰剂。 Anti-Tg antibody, free T4, anti-TPO antibody, and TSH were identified in both groups before the treatment and also 3 months after treatment and analysis of data was done by SPSS software.
RESULTS: After the intervention, the average amount of anti-Tg antibody decreased in both of the groups, and this decrease was干预组明显更大（p = 0.03）。在干预组中，干预后TSH水平降低（p <0.05），干预后的自由T4水平升高（p <0.05）；与安慰剂相比LY降低了抗TG抗体的水平，并显着增加了自由T4水平。同样，与对照组相比，TSH的水平有更大的降低。
