Abstract Title:Curcumin prevents chronic intermittent hypoxia-induced myocardial injury.

Abstract:Background: Chronic intermittent hypoxia (IH), the hallmark feature of obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome, contributes to心肌缺血 - 再灌注后(I/R)后的梗死大小。在心肌损伤的背景下,姜黄素(Curc)是天然色素,已被证明是有益的。在这项研究中,we assessed the effects of Curc on the maladaptive cardiac response to IH, and particularly on IH-induced hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) expression, oxidative stress, inflammation, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress and apoptosis.
