目标: 研究研究抗高血压效应的抗高血压效应抗炎功能。
方法: 自发性高血压大鼠被分为六组,为自发性高血压对照组(SHR),conteropril组(25 mg/kg),eucommia ulmomia ulmomomomo/kg/总计30 mg/kg/Cydonia圆形的类黄酮落下低(40 mg/kg),中部(80 mg/kg)和高剂量(160 mg/kg)组。将八只Wistar-kyoto(WKY)大鼠蒸馏水作为对照。这些药物由胃内给药16周,然后在大鼠血清中检测到IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α和CRP的含量。 The weight and the blood pressure of rats were measured at 0 min and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 weeks after drug administrated.
RESULTS: Compared with control group, the contents of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP were increased and IL-10 was decreased; Compared with SHR group, the contents of IL-1β,IL-6, TNF-α and CRP were decreased in total flavonoids of Cydonia oblonga leaves groups.
CONCLUSION: Total flavonoids of Cydonia oblonga leaves show an anti-hypertensive activity in spontaneously hypertensive大鼠和机制与功能有关抗炎。
