Abstract:Approximately 7 cases of spontaneous regression of adult laryngeal carcinoma have been published in the literature since 1900. This case presents a 62-year-old male with a 6-month history of hoarseness who was subsequently diagnosed with a T1aN0M0 left true vocal fold squamous cell活检后癌（SCC）。初始活检后一个月，重复活检的组织病理学发现没有辐射的恶性肿瘤和肿瘤的消退。没有肿瘤复发的证据。这种情况例证了先天免疫调节如何在喉部SCC的自发回归中发挥作用，尽管该机制仍然未知。
