Abstract:The supercritical-carbon dioxide fluid extract of Chrysanthemum indicum Linné. (CFE)已被证明可以有效抑制炎症。这项研究的目的是调查预防性小鼠脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)CFE的CTION和基本机制。通过气管内将LPS滴入肺中,将ALI诱导,并将其用作阳性对照。 Results revealed that pretreatment with CFE abated LPS-induced lung histopathologic changes, reduced the wet/dry ratio and proinflammatory cytokines productions (TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6), inhibited inflammatory cells migrations and protein leakages, suppressed the levels of MPO and MDA, and upregulated the abilities of antioxidative enzymes (SOD, CAT, and GPX)。此外,CFE的预处理下调了NF-κB的激活和TLR4/MYD88的表达。这些结果表明,CFE在小鼠中对LPS诱导的ALI发挥了潜在的保护作用,并且是ALI的潜在治疗药物。它的机制至少部分与TLR4信号通路的调制有关。
