Abstract:It has been found out that the carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced increase of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT) and elevation of MDA in liver of mice are significantly lowered by Phyllanthus urinaria in vivo, and the coincubation of isolated rat肝细胞在体外具有尿素尿素明显抑制CCL4诱导的肝细胞膜迁移率降低,并增加细胞内游离CA2+([Ca2+] I)肝细胞浓度。这些结果表明,尿素尿素的抗脂质过氧化作用和膜的保护作用可能是与其针对CCL4诱导的肝损伤的保护作用有关。
