摘要:洛杉矶提取物的酚类组成。 andL., obtained from plants grown under organic cultivation, was determined and their hepatoprotective effects were investigated in vitro.extract was rich in phenylethenoid glycosides, especially lavandolifolioside (254± 36 μg/mg), whereas rosmarinic acid and eriodictyol--rutinoside were the major phenolic compounds ofandextracts, accounting for 68± 7 μg/mg和145±22μg/mg。这些差异酚类成分可能解释了它们不同的抗氧化特性。当提取显示为m食性生物学作用,提取物在化学模型中表现出很高的抗氧化活性,并且有效地抵消了人肝癌细胞中二核酸钾诱导的ROS的产生。此外,提取物(50μg/ml)及其混合物(50%/50%)带有有效的细胞保护作用。
