Abstract:Baicalin is the main active component of Scutellaria baicalensis, widely used in traditional Chinese medicine thanks to its various pharmacological effects, such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties, as well as cardiovascular, hepatic, and renal protective effect.最近，黄氨基蛋白对肝病的保护作用受到了更多关注。几项研究表明了黄氨酰预防几种类型的肝病，包括病毒肝炎，脂肪肝病，异种生物诱导的肝损伤，胆汁淤积性肝损伤和肝细胞癌，具有多种药理机制。对巴西克林机制的全面理解可以为其临床使用提供宝贵的参考，但是到目前为止，尚无叙述性综述来概述Baicalin的药理作用，以阐明其在治疗肝脏疾病中的潜在用途。因此，这篇综述总结了Baicalin研究的进步和各种肝病治疗的潜在机制，以促进进一步的研究及其临床应用。
