Abstract:The present study aimed to investigate the protective effects of ganoderic acid A (GAA) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury.在LPS诱导的急性肺损伤的小鼠模型中,我们发现GAA导致肺湿与干燥的重量比和肺髓过氧化物酶活性显着降低,并减弱了病理损害。此外,GA超氧化物歧化酶活性的增加,但减少了支气管肺泡灌洗液中丙二醛含量和促炎细胞因子水平。从机械上讲,GAA降低了RHO/ROCK/NF-κB途径的激活,以抑制LPS诱导的炎症。总之,我们的研究表明,GAA通过抑制RHO/ROCK/NF-κB途径来减轻小鼠模型中的急性肺损伤。
