METHODS: Thirty-five rats were randomly allocated into five groups: Control (C), Injury Control (IC), injury PRP (IP), injury LLLT (ILT)和伤害LLLT和PRP(ILTP)。菌株损伤是在比目鱼肌中诱导的,而IP组在病变后立即接受了富含血小板的血浆的应用,而ILT组接受了低水平的激光治疗。 After seven days, all animals were euthanized and the soleus muscle removed for further histological analysis.
