Abstract:is rich in antioxidant phyto-constituents, termed as the natural antioxidant mixture (NAO).This study investigates the cardioprotective effect of an antioxidant-rich extract of(NAOE) and its phytoconstituent rutin in大鼠中的异丙肾上腺素（ISO）诱导的心肌梗死。用Naoe（400和800 mg/kg），鲁丁蛋白（50 mg/kg）和参考药物Gemfibrozil（50 mg/kg）每天进行30天治疗30天血清标记ER酶（AST，LDH和CPK），肌钙蛋白I，总胆固醇，甘油三酸酯，尿酸，CRP，TNF-α，IL-6，IL-6和Malondialldehyde。它还恢复了ISO链的ECG和收缩压，在所有处理的大鼠中，ISO耗尽的标记酶和内源性抗氧化剂。
