Results: TF inhibited proliferation of CNE2 cells, promoted apoptosis, and up-regulated the expression of caspase 3, caspase 9和Bax,并降低了Bcl-2的水平。出乎意料的是,TF通过上调自噬标记光链3(LC3)和与溶酶体相关的膜蛋白1(LAMP1)的水平以及降低自噬量货物量蛋白p62的水平,并通过MTOR路径来降低,TF引起了自噬而不是抑制自噬。 Besides, autophagy inhibitor Chloroquine (CQ) suppressed the effect of TF on Bax, Bcl-2 and activation of caspase 3 and caspase 9.
