摘要：phyllanthus emblica是传统的具有治愈性质的药用植物，包括抗菌，抗真菌，抗病毒和镇痛特性。细菌利用被称为Quorum Sensing（QS）的细胞细胞信号传导系统并对自己的种群做出反应。在大多数革兰氏阴性细菌中，属于Lux R蛋白的转录调节剂通过检测信号分子KNO的存在在QS机制中起着至关重要的作用Wn为N-酰基均烯碱内酯（AHLS）。在目前的工作中，对铜绿假单胞菌的phyllanthus emblica的抗Quorum感应活性进行了评估。据估计phyllanthus emblica的抗Quorum感应疗效，参考了QS生物监测菌株紫杉醇。
